Welcome to Casale Adriatico
Welcome to Abruzzo, in the Terre del Cerrano.
The Casale Adriatico was established in 2017, in Pineto, at the foot of Colle Cretone and not far from the sea. It is a structure designed to welcome anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of an Adriatic and the Apennine landscape.
You can look at the world from here, feeling detached from it. You will remember that the sky is blue on both sides of the clouds, that the sun and water nourish the earth, that the wind works invisible and melodic, that the song of birds tells of love from afar. You will know that there will be a different time in welcoming you, a poetic time, a sought-after rhythm, an echo of infinity.
From Abruzzo Ultra (northwards) to Abruzzo Citra (southwards), you scan the landscape from the Adriatic coast. Looking north, you will see the town of Roseto degli Abruzzi, its ancient village of Montepagano, and, beyond, Giulianova; to the south, you will meet the proud and peaceful Torre di Cerrano, the bulwark of a protected marine area. Then, you will greet the marina of Silvi. This toothed arch supports the ancient fishing village, and finally Pescara, reaching the margin of the infinite horizon traced by Punta Aderci, a nature reserve in the territory of Vasto.
And the mountain will be just around the corner! With its beautiful profile of “Sleeping Giant”, the Gran Sasso d’Italia mountain, also called “Sleeping Beauty”, clearly visible from Colle Cretone, will be within your reach within an hour and a half by car. Even closer, you will locate the Majella, the mother mountain, with its hermitages, beautiful rivers, paths, and traditions.

How to reach us
Arrivals from the highway:
At the exit of the A14 tollbooth, turn right to take the Provincial Road SP 28 in the direction of Pineto Centro. At the roundabout, take the first exit on the right towards Pescara to merge onto the SS16 state road. Go straight on SS16, taking the second exit on the two roundabouts again, keep the SS16. From the SS16, at Km 430, turn right into Via Stati Uniti d’America. Continue on this path. Take the first and only exit at the roundabout and continue on Via Arlini up to number 36, continuing on the white road.
